As a Houspector user, you agree to use our platform responsibly and shall not:

  8. access Houspector's services from sanctioned countries or territories, or use the platform to analyze properties in jurisdictions where such analysis may be restricted;
  9. use Houspector's platform to build competing real estate technology products, copy our AI features, property analysis methodologies, or user interface designs;
  10. input malicious prompts or attempt to manipulate Houspector's AI to generate false property valuations, misleading market insights, inaccurate neighborhood data, or biased property recommendations;
  11. use Houspector's AI property analysis to make automated lending decisions, insurance underwriting determinations, or other regulated financial decisions without proper human oversight and compliance with applicable fair housing and lending laws;
  12. misrepresent AI-generated property insights, market analysis, or investment recommendations as being created by licensed real estate professionals, appraisers, or financial advisors;
  13. use Houspector's platform in any manner that:
    1. violates fair housing laws, discriminates against protected classes, or promotes housing discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, familial status, or disability;
    2. infringes on property owners' privacy rights, violates real estate data licensing agreements, or misuses publicly available property records;
    3. spreads false or misleading information about properties, neighborhoods, market conditions, or property values;
    4. violates any applicable real estate regulations, MLS rules, data provider agreements, or third-party integration policies;
    5. attempts to scrape, harvest, or systematically download property data, market insights, or AI analysis results for unauthorized databases or competing services;
    6. uses automated bots, scripts, or tools to artificially inflate property searches, generate fake user activity, or overwhelm Houspector's infrastructure;
    7. harasses property owners, real estate agents, or other Houspector users, or uses the platform to facilitate fraudulent real estate transactions or investment schemes.

Houspector's AI-powered insights are designed to assist and inform your home buying decisions, not replace professional advice. You acknowledge that:

  • Property valuations and market insights are estimates based on available data and AI analysis, not formal appraisals
  • Investment potential calculations are educational tools, not financial advice or guarantees of returns
  • Neighborhood insights reflect aggregated data and trends, not comprehensive assessments of every local factor
  • You should verify AI-generated insights with licensed professionals before making significant financial decisions
